Second master bedroom has king size bed, private with shower, private balcony facing ocean. 2 bedrooms: one with queen size bed and one with twin beds, private baths with showers, balconies facing pool.
Large living room with covered arcade, patios and view of sandy beach and ocean. Central air conditioning satellite TV/DVD, large swimming pool. 5 minutes to Los Flamingos Country Club (use of golf courses and tennis courts open to the public). International airport within 20 minutes. Maids, cook, gardener and bilingual manager included in rental price.

In the main house, there are four upstairs bedrooms which open onto outdoor terraces and each have private baths. The downstairs bedroom, with a private bath, opens onto the pool terrace. The living room and dining room area open onto a covered arcade for outdoor dining with a view of the gardens and the beach.
Guest house: two bedrooms, two baths with shower. First bedroom has twin beds, second bedroom has double size bed; kitchen, small dining area. This small house is only rented along with main villa, never separately.
