This 24,000 square foot, 10 bedroom, 14 bathroom grand villa offers breathtaking ocean views from every room. Masterfully designed on 4 levels, Quinta del Mar is perfect for any large group and is especially wonderful for family get-togethers, weddings and corporate retreats.

The rooftop jacuzzi cascades down over the open dining room area to the private pool below. A second jacuzzi can be found in the billiards and games room, with its own private bar.

The main level consists of the primary living and dining areas, completely open and perfect for entertaining. The views are unparalleled, taking in the Puerto Vallarta coastline. Two areas are offered for dining - one covered and the other on the large open terrace on the same level.
Each of the 10 bedrooms has a king bed, ensuite bath and spectacular ocean views through rounded windows. Each suite is equipped with air conditioning and telephones and special added touches such as fresh roses and plushy white robes to make you feel at home.
The Royal Treatment... Known for its top-notch service, Quinta del Mar offers a full time chauffeur and suburban vehicle, a gourmet chef, cook, wait staff, bartenders, maid staff, executive bilingual secretarial services with e-mail, fax and stock market reports.
