Casa Linda I

Relax in the total privacy of this delightful villa which is tastefully decorated throughout in true mexican style. This one story villa boasts a large master bedroom with king size bed and bath to match, a spacious sitting area with VCR, Stereo and air conditioning. The living / dining area includes small corner beds, ideal for children. The fully equipped kitchen, second full bathroom and a library of books, VCR tapes and games complete the interior of this colonial home.

Enjoy barbequeing and entertaining on the wrap around covered patio. Wander through the lush tropical gardens where coconut palms rise magestically throughout the property and beach.

Relax in the pool, swing in a hammock or step through a private gate onto the beautiful white sandy beach which welcomes the swimmer and sunbather or walker; the beach is a shoppers delight or experience the old mexican custom of bargaining just a walk away from your casa. Maid service, gardener and pool maintenance included.

Casa Linda II

Set against the fantastic natural setting of the Bay of Banderas and its beautiful sandy beaches, this newly built two story home is the ultimate in vacation living with private lush tropical gardens. Just a few feet from the beach, you can enjoy this two bedroom, three bath casa. Upstairs the two spacious sport air conditioning and queen size beds with their own luxuriant open air baths. The shaded terrace is charming and overlooks the eye-dazzling beach.

This is the perfect private spot to relax and enjoy the breathtaking Mexican sunsets. Downstairs a palapa covered patio faces the swimming pool which is surrounded by fragant tropical plants and flowers. The casa is shaded by 25 year old coconut palms.

The downstairs floor of this tasteful colonial home is an open-air plan with a fully equipped kitchen and spacious living and dining areas opening onto both poolside and beachside covered terraces. The indoor / outdoor feeling is captured to perfection and has an unique ambience of elegant simplicity.

The covered outdoor living / dining area overlooks the pool and gardens and is conveniently close to the white sandy beaches. Maid service, gardener and pool maintenance included.
