The architectural style takes it’s lead from the traditional image of coastal Mexican towns, with tiled sloping roofs.
All built in one level, this wheelchair friendly 10,000 square foot villa features 5 bedrooms and 5.5 baths, plenty of room for the extended family or even an executive retreat. Five spectacular bedrooms with private bathrooms with two Indoor/Outdoor showers and private patio. Ample walk in closets, individual climate control systems, wood shutters and mosquito screens on all doors. Marble floors and high ceilings. Two of the master bedrooms are complete with King size beds, 600 thread count linens and ocean view, the third, fourth and fifth bedrooms have 2 full size beds each with 100% high thread count cotton bed linens, with private terraces and gardens.
