Luxury Beachfront condo located 15 minutes south of Puerto Vallarta's downtown. Mirablau is located in the Punta Negra beach south and it is one of the best kept secrets out there. The sand is so light in color, that makes the transparent water have different tones that go from a emerald green to different tones of blue. The sandy beach is about half a mile long, but you can walk over rocks easily and continue your walk to another adjacent beach and on to a little stream.
MIRABLAU the name of the building, in Spanish Catalan, means " To See The Blue Ocean " and that is exactly what you get.
The Mirablau development consists of only 11 units, one per floor and all of them over 3,200sqft and 3 bedrooms 4 baths each, plus maids quarters. Security 24 hrs on site, very safe, controlled access. You get a magnetic security card key for access to the elevator and it opens directly to the apartment. Have your favorite drink in the 4 person Jacuzzi tub on the terrace, overlooking the PV landmark of Los Arcos boulders. Breathless sunsets and amazing views of the Marieta Islands, PV Downtown & Nuevo Vallarta, surrounded by the jungle of the Sierra Madre Mountains. The pool has a shallow section for kids. There is a kitchen and bar located in the common area of the building, right by the pool available at your own request. There is a large storage should you decide to bring your own surf boards, wave runner etc. There are plenty of table’s chairs, lounge chairs for you to enjoy the pool bar area. On the roof top terrace of the building, there is a small pool with 360 angle view, where you can see the magnificent view of the banderas bay. There is an Air Conditioned gym also located in the top floor so you can work out while enjoying your views.
The unit has a huge gourmet kitchen, with everything you need to cook or entertain your party. There is a music system in the unit that can play your IPod tunes. WI FI available at no additional cost.
Cleaning is included except for Sunday. If you require a cook or any additional services such as grocery shopping, etc., we can help you set it up at an additional fee.
