Villa Hermosa is a 10,000 square foot luxury villa with five bedrooms and 7-1/2 baths in Upper Conchas Chinas, just above the greenbelt. The top floor features views from the Punta Mita to Yelapa, and great sunset views every night of the year. This top floor consists of a huge great room with kitchen, dining area and large living room, all with spectacular views, a master bedroom, and 2 baths, one en-suite. The entrance floor below has two large bedrooms with en-suite baths and private terraces, as well as a large garage. The floor below this has a second living room, another complete kitchen, a television viewing area, a second master bedroom with en-suite bath, and a second bath. This floor has a large patio with a palapa roof over a huge glass table for large-group dining. There is also an inner patio garden. Below this level is the pool level, with a full-sized solar-heated swimming pool, complete with pool jets for resistance swimming and an outdoor shower. At this level is a bar, Lola's cantina, with half bath, and a full suite, with kitchenette, living area and sleeping area plus an en-suite bath. Finally, at the lowest level is an exercise room and small garden with a dolphin fountain. The house is done in Mexican style, with tiles from Guananjuato, and was completely renovated and expanded in 2004. There is a significant collection of Mexican art as well as pottery purchased throughout Mexico. The villa is located in a very quiet part of Conchas Chinas, yet is still an easy walk or quick taxi ride to town. The house has a staff of two, a housekeeper and a mozo, or general maintenance person, and a cook is available on an as-needed basis. The house has Canadian satellite TV with local stations from Detroit and Seattle, and DVD/VCR's in the upstairs bedroom and lower level television area.
