Rich with Mexican Spirit this charming beach house blends the very best of modern conveniences with the accents of traditional Mexico.

Accommodations for up to eight adults. 4 Bedroom 4.5 Bath. Children are Welcome.
Each bedroom is fully-appointed, tastefully furnished, air-conditioned and offers all en suite bathrooms.

The air-conditioned kitchen is fully equipped and spacious.

Spectacular Beach Palapa is a one of a kind outdoor living room boasting sweeping views up and down the coastline. Includes comfortable lounge seating and dining for up to 14 people, a built in wet bar, bathroom, and beach shower.

The heated pool is surrounded by lush landscaping, ample seating, BBQ and poolside wet bar.

Additional information
• Houseman and Maid service is generally provided 4-6 times per week - although national holidays may affect this schedule. *Pool and garden maintenance are daily, national holidays may affect this schedule as well.
• For an additional fee of $50 USD/day we can arrange for a cook to prepare your arrival evening meal while you settle in and explore the grounds. If you opt for the arrival dinner, we will send ahead menu choices for your selections.
• The cook will be available other nights, upon request, for an additional charge of $50 US/day.
• All towels ( Bath and beach towels) and linens included
• For your convenience, we have provided you with swim fins, rock shoes in a variety of sizes, and four boogie boards
• Sunday is the regular staff’s day off. If you would like to request services on Sunday please make arrangements in advance.
• Car rental recommended on the north shore. The villa is located a 10 min. drive to Punta Mita and Sayulita, 5 min. drive to La Cruz and 10 min to Bucerias. The drive is 35 min north of the PVR Airport and about 60 min. to downtown Puerto Vallarta.
