Located just two miles south of downtown Puerto Vallarta, it is professionally decorated and complete with every amenity imaginable. The villa is filled with beautiful antique and contemporary paintings and art objects. All the rooms are light and airy and open to the sea. The fully equipped kitchen is spectacular with a 26-foot domed brick ceiling.

The large living room has a fireplace and is perfect for entertaining. There is a comfortable dining room as well as a cozy breakfast area overlooking the ocean. There are three large bedrooms - two have king beds and one has two twins and all have large private baths. The master suite has a fireplace, a spacious bathroom with a jacuzzi tub and shower.

There is a heated pool on the deck overlooking the ocean. All bedrooms are air conditioned and equipped with coffee makers. There is a high-tech reverse osmosis drinking water system for you comfort. There are televisions in each of the three bedrooms. The villa has a CD sound system, phone and fax plus a palapa roofed bar on the pool deck.

The villa includes the service of a chef to prepare two meals a day, daily maid service, a houseman, a gardener and a general manager who speaks English. All staff is off on Sunday unless other arrangements are made.
