Villa Mandarinas, is a 15,000 sq. Feet cliffside construction on the shores of Mismaloya. It consists of 6 bedrooms with king size beds and one bedroom with two queen size beds. It sleeps comfortably a group of 14 adults or 16 total guests, including young children.

The villa is located on the ocean front side of the small community of Mismaloya, facing the Los Arcos National Park, with its emblematic boulders. We are 15 minutes from Puerto Vallarta;s downtown . Description of the house-Lay out Main Entrance Level: Car garage for 2 large cars and space for bikes and motor vehicles.

Level One:

Yellow master bedroom-King size bed, bath with jacuzzi and separate shower. Ensuite closet. Largest ocean front terrace of all the rooms.(¿) Table for 2 and private sunbeds.

Main level:
Kitchen with 2 general electric stoves, 2 dishwashing machines, 2 refrigerators.

Living room and ensuite family room with large flat screen 50`TV

Turquoise room with king size bed and bath with jacuzzi and separate shower. Closet in main room. Large ocean front terrace with Table for 2 and private sunbeds.

Pool and palapa, with bar, brick oven, six person outdoor jacuzzi and outside eating area.

Lower level:
Magenta room, with king size bed, bath with jacuzzi and separate shower, wooden ocean-front terrace with Table for 2 and private slingchairs.

Large open play room with Billiards table, complete bar and lounge area with screen for cinema viewing.

2 queen size beds ensuite of the play room, bathroom with shower and hot tub.

Man made Beach with palapa umbrellas, private pier and saltwater pool.

• Main Palapa, a favorite lunch spot or a more formal setting for a cocktail and appetizers
• Fire pit terrace, exquisite setting under the stars for up to foureen guests
• Beach: intimate dining on the beach for two to four guests
• Beach, provides a casual setting for any size group or the perfect place for an after dinner drink.

Room Terraces: Breakfast served on privacy of room terraces upon request.

All food and beverage and long distance phone service are billed and deducted from the security deposit. All other third party items (food, beverage, massage, phone,
gas for autos, dry-cleaning, etc.) are charged at cost + 10%.

Total number of overnight guests allowed:

• 14 adults (over 18 years old) and no more than 16 guests including children
• All outside guests must be approved by the Resident Manager for day visits. *A fee will be established for outside guest on day visits.

RULES
• Smoking is not allowed inside the enclosed buildings and their rooms • Pets are not allowed without written permission
• Mexican law prevails
• Guests must sign a waiver- of liability claims against the owner of Villa Mandarinas upon arrival.
• Fees to cover damages to Villa Mandarinas will be deducted from the security deposit. Children not allowed in the kitchen.
