Villa La Tierra is a newly built villa located on beautiful Playa Careyeros, a quiet, white, sandy beach; and a five minute drive from the Four Seasons Resort. It is nestled between two small Mexican villages and only 45 minutes from the shopping, restaurants, and galleries of Puerto Vallarta and five minutes from the restaurants and fishing village of Punta de Mita.

The house has an infinity pool over-looking the ocean, a gourmet, fully equipped kitchen, magnificent views from all rooms and much privacy, yet close to all activities. The bathrooms are all tiled with walk-in showers. The romantic Master Suite has its own balcony overlooking the pool and ocean. There are ocean views from all three bedrooms. Maid service is provided three times a week. One-week minimum rental.

This is a very special, beautifully decorated home. A wonderful combination of privacy and security yet only five minutes from excellent restaurants, activities and service.
