This is a brand new, four bedroom, (5500 sq foot) traditional, Mexican architecture Villa. This private home was designed with a wonderful PANORAMIC OCEAN and jungle views... with sparkling swimming pool in the most exclusive gated residential community in Puerto Vallarta. The community prides itself on maintaining an "ECO" friendly approach to anything built here. All natural vegetation, trees and natural rocks designed around. This home has clearly maintained a "natural" feel.

The Villa is fully air conditioned with overhead fans in every room. The indoor space has lovely lighting and relaxing water feature that creates a sanctuary both day and night. The infinity pool is also lite at night, the outdoor terrace enjoys the ocean and pool view.

Access to a private beach is a 5 minute walk away; to one of the nicest in Puerto Vallarta! This beach in private, quiet and has Palapa's and other amenities.

There is a full time maid provided and if you would like a cook we can arrange that for you too.
