Lower Conchas Chinas This much admired and published villa was originally designed by famed
architect Aleandro Zohn in 1970, and then completely renovated and enlarged
under the supervision of Sr. Zohn in 2001. Now the villa contains 8,000
sq. ft of living space with unsurpassed views of the ocean and shoreline,
4 luxurious ensuite bedrooms, 2 comfortable living rooms, dining room
with seating for eight, intimate sitting areas, and an award winning kitchen.
The artifact filled gallery was featured on the cover of Vallarta Lifestyles
2003 Interior Design Guide. Lavish art of many recognized artists adorn
the walls. The outdoor living spaces rival the interior spaces in beauty
and function. The terrace off the main living area features an infinity
pool and palapa-covered mirador that is perfect for catching the sea breezes
and taking in the magnificent view. Down a few steps from this terrace
and along a meandering walkway is the enchanting tropical jungle garden
that stretches along the bank of the Rio Amapas. This shady, quiet retreat
has sitting areas, a koi pond, over 25 species of palm trees, and dozens
of orchid plants clinging to the high overhead trees. The villa also has
a rooftop terrace with palapa-covered wetbar and comfortable lounges for
sunning and enjoying the beauty of the sunsets of the Mexican Riviera.
Welcoming fiesta with salsa, chips, and margaritas provided.
