The main house has one bedroom on the main floor with a king bed, private bath, A/C, TV, mini fridge & microwave, private terrace & ocean views. The second and third bedrooms are on the upper floor, both also have king beds, private baths, A/C, TV, mini fridges & microwaves private terraces & ocean views. The remaining two bedrooms are in separate Casitas both with king beds, A/C, TV’s, fridges etc.

The villa features a private tennis court, heated infinity pool, media room with TV, stereo, VCR and internet access, Jacuzzi, sauna/steam room, a well equipped kitchen and breathtaking 180 degree ocean views. There is also a beachfront palapa with wet bar & gas BBQ.
