This brand new modern 5,000 square foot, luxury four bedroom villa on the water´s edge is located just 15 minutes south of downtown Puerto Vallarta, where the jungle and Sierra Madre mountains meet the sea.
Casa Marilu III is a Mediterranean style villa that achieves a look that is clean and unobstructed, with few walls, lots of dramatic open spaces, skylights, interior gardens and a sensuous blending of vivid local colors and textures full of warmth, color and charm.
The sweeping ocean views from just about every corner of the villa are spectacular. To the north you can see the lovely city lights and to the south, the rocky coast lined with beaches and emerald hills.
The magnificent master bedroom/penthouse covers the entire top floor and boasts a separate palapa for dining and entertaining, a sitting room, terrace, Jacuzzi and marble bathroom, all with panoramic ocean views.

Living, dining, terrace and pool areas include floors of elegant white marble lined with pebble mosaics, comfortable oversized couches, high ceilings and skylights, an interior garden and a stereo and bar. Large glass doors, usually left open, lead to a large sunny and partly covered terrace, a heated infinity pool that is spectacularly perched over the surf below, a sandy area, and an outdoor dining area and bar.

Of course, this villa offers all the modern conveniences, including air conditioning throughout with separate controls in each room, king-size beds, large closets, lots of storage space, a modern kitchen, a bar, a stereo center, satellite TV, two car garage with remote control, phones in each room, fax, an extra telephone line for internet hookup and a laundry.
