This private walled estate set in 1/2 acre of lush tropical gardens is located...directly on the best walking and swimming beach of the Bay of Banderas. This spacious single story ranch home is decorated in beautifully traditional Mexican style and offers ample accommodation for your friends and family. Its two bedrooms, two bathrooms, kitchen and large living area will accommodate up to 7 persons. The extensive grounds are enhanced by a luxuries 50 ft. swimming pool and literally steps away through a private gate is a white sandy beach which welcomes the swimmer and sunbather to the ultimate experience in the tropics.

Sharing the Mañana estate with total privacy, this contemporary two story home is located directly on the beach. The master bedroom upstairs has a large terrace overlooking the beach which provides a great area for private sunning. The marble bathroom has a two person shower and Jacuzzi bathtub. Downstairs, the main floor includes a bedroom with two full size beds, bath with shower, living and dining room, complete kitchen and a large screened porch. The beautiful tropical gardens surround a luxurious 50 ft. swimming pool and the private beach palapas complete this honeymooners dream.

It has an authentic woven palm palapa roof and the main living room is enhanced by a spectacular mural, hand painted by a distinguished local artist depicting the colorful history of Old Mexico. The main bedroom is very spacious, with a breathtaking view of the entire bay. This bedroom , with a king size bed, has an ensuite bathroom, beautifully finished in warm terracotta polished stone. The second bedroom has two queen beds, is also comfortably large and has the same style ensuite bathroom. The living area of this extraordinary villa is open plan. Relax and watch local cable TV or DVD, or read on the sofa in the salon area, then taste the delights of cooking in the beautiful kitchen, which features a commercial stove set in an island with granite counter tops.
