Located just a few minutes South of town, overlooking the beautiful Conchas Chinas Beach and Banderas Bay, this villa is the perfect setting for groups - a business retreat, a family reunion, or a wedding.

The beautiful, private master suite encompasses an entire floor with it’s own separate outdoor Jacuzzi, media room and private 100 foot terrace. The villa has a total of 10 bedrooms, 3 of which are suites with kitchenettes. Six of the rooms have king beds, 3 have twins and last has a full. Seven of the bedrooms have air-conditioning.

La Villita comes with a full staff including cook, houseman and housekeeping. The cook will prepare 2 meals a day (food and alcohol costs are extra).
