Casa De Las Lomas is situated in the hills above Mismaloya beach, South of Puerto Vallarta. It overlooks Banderas Bay, with a birds eye view of Los Arcos. This three bedroom villa situated in the Sierra Madre mountains sits in a tropical Paradise. The Casa comes fully equipped for 6 people, and is staffed with a maid and a gardener. The house keeper and cook have their own separate apartment, and are there to see to your every need.

With downtown Puerto Vallarta only a short 10 minute ride by taxi, you and your party have the choice of staying ‘home’ enjoying the privacy of relaxing in the jacuzzi, cooling off in the pool, watching the birds idly circling over head while you sip margaritas. Or take one of the secluded beach tours that leave by boat taxi from the bottom of the hill.

Puerto Vallarta abounds with varying multitudes of activities to keep the most discerning person fulfilled and delighted. This fabulous multi- level, 3 bedroom, 3 1/2 bathroom house is built into the Sierra Madre mountain range with an excellent view of Banderas Bay, Mismaloya Beach, and Los Arcos

The casa is on three levels.

MAIN LEVEL:- Living room. Ceiling fans, satellite TV. Office with internet access. Kitchen. Breakfast dining room. ½ bathroom. Wrap around balcony with fountain, outdoor kitchen/BBQ, and eating area. Pool and heated jacuzzi. Pool side bathroom. Terraced garden. 2 car garage. Laundry with washing machine and dryer.

2ND LEVEL:-Master bedroom individual air conditioning, or ceiling fan. Jacuzzi and VIEWS Two double bedrooms, one with ocean and jungle views, and the second, a twin bedroom, with mountain, jungle and pool views. Both with individual air conditioning, or if preferred, ceiling fans or ocean breezes. Bathroom.

3rd LEVEL:-Kitchen. Living/entertainment/dining area with 300 degree VIEWS, perfect for whale watching and sunset. Open roof top bedroom with ceiling fan, or take advantage of the sea breezes. Satellite TV's Stereo, VCR…..fully staffed with maid, cook, house keeper and Gardener. Perfect English spoken …….

SPANISH LESSONS ARE AVAILABLE UPON REQUEST

You can take the opportunity to brush up on your Spanish lessons from Lidia, from basic to advanced level.

Holidays: $800 USD per night for two weeks or $900 USD per night for one week

High Season (Thanksgiving to Easter): $560 USD per night

Low Season (Easter to Thanksgiving): $460 USD per night

There is a one week minimum during high season Thanksgiving to Easter. There is a five night minimum during the value season which is Easter to Thanksgiving. Continental breakfast is included in with room rate . Additional meals, food, beverages and gratuities are not included.
