Enjoy the peace and serenity of this luxury 3 bedroom vacation rental in Puerto Vallarta. The Villa, which adjoins a small private botanic garden, overlooks the Pacific Ocean from its mountainside location. The Villa has 4 fountains and a private pool. In the botanic garden, you will relax on a patio under huge mango trees and be surrounded by a multitude of different species of flowering plants and many tropical birds. With fabulous views of the Pacific Ocean, Los Arcos (a spectacular natural rock formation in the ocean) and the lush jungle mountainside.

The living area is comprised of a living room with a spiral staircase (with a fountain at the base), a large brick cupula overhead and high ceilings with interior balconies, and a dining room which seats 6-8, kitchen, den (with interior fountain) overlooking the garden, The bedrooms are large with a king size bed in the second floor master bedroom, 2 twins that make into a king size bed in the main level poolside bedroom (pool is less than 10 steps from your bedroom door), and twin beds which make into a king size bed in the lower garden level bedroom. Each bedroom has its own bathroom with oversized bathtubs and/or showers. Since the Villa sits high on the hillside, the second floor master bedroom has a pristine view of the lush forest which meets the ocean and the unmistakable beauty of Los Arcos.
Spacious terrace with an outdoor dining area (seating for 6), large gas grill, swimming pool and lounging area. A wonderful place to watch the sunset or enjoy a romantic dinner. The Villa has an extremely private rooftop tanning deck with spectacular 360 degree views of Banderas Bay, overlooks the botanic garden down below and the mountainous forest to the south. For a private beach experience, daily guest passes are available at The Presidente Hotel, just a little over a mile south of the Villa (a five minute ride). Enjoy a day at a their beautiful private beach , and have lunch their seaside restaurant.

There’s an office assistant at the Villa who speaks English and will be there to greet you and check on you during your stay. Daily maid service daily. A chef is available for an additional $50.00 USD per day. Taxi cabs are a phone call away or just a 3 minute walk to the main entrance to catch a bus or taxi.

Located in the Villas Altas Garza Blanca, with Puerto Vallarta to the north and Mismaloya to the south, there is a gated entrance with 24 hour security. The beach, pool and tennis courts of The Presidente Hotel are a short walk away.
